Yes, the ralliart seats have better bolsters than the OZ (the OZs almost don't have them at all).
Anyway, you could use a harness for autocross. You just have to feed the shoulder belts in between the bars of the headrest. I did that with my stock seats for a few months until I got racing seats. Or some companies (like Top Spin www.racerfactory.com) have a device to hold the shoulder straps in place on normal street seats. The harness is a nice choice, ad it will help keep you from sliding around while cornering.

You should be fine. Either do what Brian said (smart) or feed them through the large hole in the Ralliart headrest (dumb).
