All the Lancer Evolution's have Mitsubishi's own turbocharger, not IHI. Unless this car isn't standard of course. And it must be a IV because it has 36Kg/m of torque, the VI has 38 or something. Also the VI came out in 1999 I think.

EDIT: Yes the rally Peugeot is nothing like that road car. The rally car is and AWD turbocharged 2000cc that makes 300BHP.
