What about your insurance dude, I got mine cracked up when I lived in MI! No fault crap of course, but my insurance paid all but $25. New windshield for $25 not bad. Did you check with your insurance people?

Safelite did mine up here in SC. But we have something that little, or no other state has... Any windshield needing to be replaced, like in your case for a rock star/crack, the insurance companys must fix at no cost to the consumer. Just don't know if the car must have full coverage or not. But the same thing happened to me about 6-9 months back. Free windshield...exactly like factory (with the little tinting dots at the top for the rear-view). Good luck on your search.

I can definitely recommend Safelite. They did teh passenger side glass in my Grand Am when it was broken into some 5 years ago, and they did a great job. Vacuumed up the car and everything.
