I agree. I think it is fine to question whether it will be worth it. But this is speculation. Calling it a ridiculous price because you got your headers on sale doesn't add much to the discussion. $500 is cheaper than RPW headers and $150 more than RRM headers. If you got your stuff cheaper that's great but those are the prevailing prices.

Whether they end up being worth it or not, it's good to have more products out there. I think that flaming a product at this stage is not going to help things.

less fighting and more info is needed. Post some numbers and lets make this thing real. For now it's just a dream with a hint of reality. No need to argue about it.

not sure where yur all from, but here in the states it's $505 +shipp for RPW headers from my closest distributor. That's us. Yeah, it's quite a bit more than RRM, but I can't stand cars that take 20 seconds to 'wind up.' I don't know much about cars, but it seems now I'm driving a 4 banger, I'm much more concerned about torque than hp anyhow...

Apparently these guys are selling the RPW headers and flex pipe for $480.

No comments on RPW's choice of distributor, please!

cause u would think the company that made the product would Know the product

versus

a company that just middle-mans the product to consumers

WHY pay for an extra cat? get the one with the down pipe (just like on rpw's main site) THE BOLT ON KIT. It eliminates one of your cats. whole kit is 505. Why buy an expensive high flow cat when you can just eliminate your first one?

EXACTLY!!! very good point

newbie, the one with the hfc deletes the first cat (via the header) and replaces the second one with a hi flow unit, thats why it costs more. add a catback and you have a full exhaust system

Yeah, although the pictures on the site are a little weird. One of them shows the flex pipe and the other doesn't, and neither shows the cat. I'm curious whether it's a testpipe or actual cat. Either way, you could just buy RRM's testpipe or HFC and it would be cheaper.
