Reading BubbleSkins account of what happened to her car sounds familiar. N1te's brother took his car out on a very rainy day and went through a large pool of standing water and the car stalled. After that N1te threw a rod out the bottom of his engine block. After looking around he found a used motor and did a swap.
BubbleSkin, if I were you I'd talk to N1te. These guys are trying to help but most of them have not done a full engine swap. Just my .02

I've got the new motor on the way. it should be here about Monday or Wednesday and then I should hopefully have my car by next weekend! I hope everything goes smooth.... Once the motor gets here, we're putting on a new water pump, timing belt, and replacing the real main seal..... soo i hope everything is good from there...
