Remember someone must make a list of these peoples Screenames, Real Names, Address, and Phone number and once u have all that info submit and tell them these guys will be purchasing the intakes in a group buy by their own means and they will know when u put in the order who u are and stuff.

I've spoke with the vendor from RMR and heres the deal.
If we can get 15 people, right now we have about 12, he'll give the intake to use for $132. More people than that and it can go lower obviously.
As for payment, i will collect a list of everyone's billing address, phone number, and name. I will email this list to the RMR Vendor and then everyone can call in to him, give him your name and tell him about the group buy, and then give him either your CC # or Paypal invoice # to pay for the intake.
So c'mon people! take part in this deal and make that price go down further!!!

Hey I might be interested. But before I do anything I would like to know some stuff intake. I'm a newbie to this stuff, this stuff being moding and upgrading, so I want as much info on this before I commit to it.
What I want to know is:
1.) What kinda gains are there? HP etc...
2.) Will something like this decrease fuel efficiency? (Hey I'm a newb)
3.) On a level of 1 to 10 how hard is the install... can a chimp, or say me, do this kinda of install easy?
4.) And, although I think I know the answer, This install is going to eliminate the whole 7yr 100,000 power train warranty right?
As you can tell I have no qualms about looking inept, but I am egger to learn about this stuff... Thanks for answering my questions.

I got 5 whp to my wheels with the filter kit for my evo....it DOES help fuel efficiency theoretically but you will be flooring it so u can bust a nut to the WOOSH .....it is very simple to install..i'd give it like a 3, 1 being changing the front lights.....im not sure about the warranty but you should ask your dealer first....

I'm in if we can get the price down under 120...that is the only way my little bank account can afford such a tranaction. The more people the better, I can arrange for paypal as well.

Your warranty is not voided if you purchase an aftermarket part. It only become voided when: You have a problem with your vehicle, and they find that the source of the problem is the aftermarket part. Then you are screwed
Other than that it is perfectly ok to buy aftermarket parts. So long as they are installed properly.
