I will get it for you by tomorrow. Did you look under the dash to see what I was talking about?

Took my car in today at 7:30 am for both the blower motor speed confrol (only works on high) and the hard to turn heater knob...let's see what kind of Only-had-the-car-for-a-week deal they'll give me for an estimate (Right...)

So the qoute was $250.00 but they said they'll do it for free because it's a 'safety issue' (the fan speed control IE: Resistor...much as I expected) As for the heater knob, $150.00 to fix, order new cable and wait 7 days or just be gentle...decided to be gentle and use the money on something more fun

What do those vortex generators go for? Or the scuff plates?

Wow, everyone else is having problems with their heater knobs too? I just thought the person that owned the car before me screwed something up. Probably sounds noobish of me not to know that, but I've only been on the forum for a week or so.

I just had mine fixed today, the heater speed control is free, and the temp-knob (and the re-threading of a strut bolt) came to $147.00 CAD
Maybe you guys should organize a road-trip to Canada Heck, it would still be cheaper for some of you!

Not necessarily. My dealership wants 1800$ CAD to fix the problem since they basically have to replace my entire heating system.
