I know that coil overs are the best thing to do if you want the best performance but what if you went with ralliart struts and springs ?? would you get a lower and stiffer ride then stock right.

Not exactly. You probably wouldn't even feel the difference. "Sport-tuned" can mean a lot of different things. But remember that the Ralliart is still an econobox.
Also, I'm not exactly sure if/which models the Ralliart suspension fits on.

Yes, the Ralliart seats are very comfy and have larger bolsters.

I would think the ralliart struts would fit on a lancer since they can use ES/OZ coilovers. You'd have to get the complete strut with top mount though. Whether it's a worthwhile upgrade is your decision.

The only reason I said i wouldn't recommend getting RA springs is because buying used stock springs seems foolish to me. If you add up the risk of putting on used essential suspension parts plus the cost/benefit ratio it just doesn't add up. If you look around the boards you'll see plenty of threads with people recommending to simply get coilovers. It's madness testing to see if evo or RA parts fit the car when great companies already make better performing parts than used evo or RA parts.

If there is only one thing I have learned from my lancer, it is to simply do it right the first time. Less stress, less money (in the long run), and more fun!

If you do try the used parts though, let us know how it goes. perhaps you'll prove us wrong.

I am not going to try to get ralliart parts I was just pointing out the fact that the ralliart spring and struts would fit and I think that the ralliarts do have a stiffer spring and maybe lower cause my friends stock ralliart seems to look lower and ride stiffer
