Wow...what a NOOB I was back then when I started this thread.
I can actually answer my own question now
The best or biggest improvement I experienced was adding the RPW header inbetween my drop in KN filter and the cut off axle back muffler I had installed.
Those mods alone were worthover .5 secs off my ET and you could really feel the car able to breath easier.
Anything else I did after that only garnered a small improvement HP wise.

on a side note, if you don't go turbo, my first reccomendation after intake/exhoust would be RRM v2. piggyback. Without any further tuning (I would probably blow my car up if I tried. . .) it really kicked my smaller mods into gear - so to speak.
