Dr. Brandon performs Headlight Surgery
So I finally got around to fixing my "winking" headlight lol. And it looks better than ever. I followed the "how-to" on here on how to bake headlights open, and once I got it open, I just applied some Epoxy to the halo and let it dry. So happy I got this fixed, it's been nagging me for over a month now and i'm glad I finally took the time to fix it. Let's just hope it doesn't fog up... (knocks on wood)

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the compliments.
I was in Lancer Med school for 8 years
As for the thread, I just searched for it again today and I couldn't
find it... but I remember what I did...
I set the oven at 275 degrees and left the headlight in there for 5 minutes.
That melted the sealant for me to open it up.
When it was time to seal it back up, I just pressed it back together and
put it back into the oven at the same temp for 3 minutes.
I used the same sealant, didn't have to add any
