NQQB to Lancer
I'm new to the Lancer "family" and have a lot of questions. I'll be doing searches but wanted to know off the top about the Lancer GTS. I'm looking to get a "hot" hatchback and this seems to fit the bill. Not knowing much but willing to dive in.
I need....
1) 4drs
2) good not GREAT mpg
3) easy maintenance
4) fun to drive
5) hatchback
Be gentle.............

Leaning towards the Ralliart because I want AWD because of the weather here in St Louis.

the sportback is ugly imo, i think the design could have been better thought out. i feel like it doesnt really fit the car right. if i was you and i wanted an AWD hatch, i'd get the WRX. i think they look better than the sportback. the new ones even have the wide body like the STI, and the box engines sound amazing. i like the ralliart, but if i was in your shoes, that's what i'd do.

I had exactly the same criteria when i was buying a new car after rebuilding an engine and then watching it fry all electrical systems within a month, and i ended up finding a 2009 Lancer GTS (standard transmission) which met every thing i was looking for with outstanding expectations......its 4 door, standard transmission, only 50k miles, newer model, sunroof, soundsystem with Subwoofer, big alloy rims, and nice exhaust. Best Buy in a long time
