Picking up my 2013 lancer gr tonight. Can't seem to find any good sites with bolt on performance parts. Any help would be great.

Also could use some compatability references between my car and evo's/ralliarts

So far all I found is carid.com but its mostly lights and body parts

can't play music via Bluetooth from my android. is tthere a specific app?

You don't need an app. Does the phone pair properly? Make sure you have the music option turned on in the bluetooth settings. Also, the BT volume on your phone is separate from the normal volume. Do the following:

In the car, with the phone paired and something playing, hold down the volume button on your phone. (like you would do if you wanted to turn the ringer up.) A volume meter should appear on the phone's display with the BT logo on it.
