first i wanna say thanks for posting in the format Joe and uranium9v, it really helps to understand the differences we all incounter with insurance prices.

5- secondary on plan.......primary would cost me $300 a month
6- not married
7- no kids
8- Farmers
9- I dont pay for the other vehicle
10- cleanest record ever
11- good student discount, i think i have a ABS discount even though my car doesnt have ABS, whoops

wit payin no money...noone is giving me money for it...jus got ma hooks....

I really have ZERO clue why there is a discount for good students.

For the most part...the people that were the good students at my school were the ones that got into accidents most often.

11. My house insurance is with the same company, Good driver discount, thats what it says on the invoice, car alarm discount

I had a pretty good policy when I was in Michigan. But it was along with 3 other cars (parents) and a **** load a discounts, and we are best friends with the insurance man.
When I moved to Ohio, I had to raise the deductible to $500 and I still pay more, about $60 a year.

But when I turn 24 it will drop alot. This company looks at age 24 rather than 25. Plus my house insurance is "dirt" cheap.

ehh...forgot to mention I drive a 2000 Chevy Cavalier, didn't realize the thread was only for Lancers

I'm a secondary driver at the age of 20.

I pay 320 per 6 months through statefarm.

I live in oklahoma.

alarm discount is the only known discount I got
and clean record.
