aren't OZ's and ES's identical except for exterior additions(skirts,rims..etc) and strut bar? I thought engine's were same.

Exterior and interior improvements on the OZ. Plus the OZ wheels, obviously. And it's a sway bar, not a strut bar.

Sorry about that DJ, a mod must have removed that guys gibberish... it was something like "west side gangstas in tha heezy" or something like that 
The OZ also has a slightly different suspension in terms of perches (larger) and the strut mounts (OZ's have larger holes on top - don't know why). But these subtle differences make the ES guys nuts when they try to do a suspension conversion.
