Lancer 2004 model 1.6L
Ignition coil overheated the original coil replaced with another one and sparked 2-3 times and then also stopped working after getting extremely hot. Any advice no where to check for the problem or where to start.
Also is all the lancers positive negative and signal wires located in the same order for the coils ?

Any help will be appreciated
