why doesnt someone who knows more than me make a thread with what can be changed out between the 2 cars and sticky it?? i like the idea and would do it myself but i have no idea what can and can't be switched on the 2

yes there are aestheticlly interchangeable parts among the 2 cars, no lancer doesn't equal evo... But we all already knew that.

 

well a evo is a form of lancer yes

but there is no way a lancer can compete with the evo, just doesnt have the factor hp to even get close...

if there was a sticky, it would be really short. but if someone were to make one, that person would have to be around to keep it updated(if all things aren't listed in the first 2-3 posts). i'll start it if no one else will.

Why waste your money getting evo parts to go your regular lancers,just get rid of your lancers and get the real thing (evo) and enjoy the beauty of a more than capable car out of the box. And yes, evos and lancers are not the same, it's like comparing apples to oranges. Its two distinct cars with distinct characteristics and if you don't think so test drive the evo.

 

Ok guys i started this thread because its annoying when there are a****load of threads about people trying to swap out evo engine parts. Just for your info there are not even in the same family! so for the newbs dont try to switch the **** out!
