Whilst I disagree with MrK's comments on the MLR board's closing, he is right about using this forum to discuss the closure.
I bet this board hasn't been this busy in ages ! Still its a nice new place to spend time when I shoudl be working
And as for the German proverb, I agree. I gave in even earlier so does that make me smarter still?

Hi all. I decided to keep out of the debates this week but on the eve of the MLR forum reopening, I wanted to share some info.
Most of you who read postings that attacked Ralliart and other tuners took them for what they were, unhappy customers expressing their views. However, we were all take for fools, not least myself who fell for it evry time. What we did not realise was that many of these postings were made up.
It took me some time to catch on but one of the postings was so worrying to me as I was about to spend a lot of money that I checked it out properly. I contacted not only the tuning company but also the ECU manufacturer and brake manufacturer mentioned. It was then I realised the posting was totally made up as all parties. The only motive that stacks up is that it is commercially motivated and there seems to be some evedence that these postings come from people associated with other tuning companies.
I like a good debate, even if I have been accused of deliberately contradicting MichaelK I hope that everybody will be more thoughtful as to whether the postings they are reading are genuine in the future.
I look forward to seeing you all soon on the MLR
