In California you get an after market ticket for having a decal on your car!
Its sooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad out there.
Someone said it already, depends on where you live but removing 1 cat you should pass...but removing both....you will fail...unless you live in one of those states where the emissions test is done by private mechanics/shops...then you can bless the dude with $50 to put the hose on another ride and give you a passing sticker........OR SO I HAVE HEARD....LOL
