Thanks for the help voidhawk. Is there anyone out there who's done body work or have the knowlede to help answer some of my questions. I've been in an accident, and working to fix my car on a budget. I've removed my radiator, headlights, front bumper, hood, front reinforcement but still i can't get the radiator support off. It looks like its welded to the actual frame of the car. I'm guessing that i have to get my car towed to a body shop, unless some one out there can give me any more pointers or any help they can offer. Thanks

I know this is an old thread, but I figured I'd chime in, I just took off my rad support/front bumper.
You need to drill out about 100 $#@&%$# spotwelds, a whole lota of no fun
I went through about $40 worth of bits going thru em. Make sure you get the special designed bit specific for spot welds.
Also a little trick to help prolong bit life, after every weld you take out drip a tad of oil on the tip, and let it sit for a few. Once my pilot holes were drilled I sprayed a tiny bit of coolant, seemed to help.
It's a tough job, very frustrating. To get off the actual front bumper you need to remove the front panel of the bumper to be able to get at the welds tacked inside to the main support. anyway..
goodluck
