Instructions? Ah, if you have to ask...just maybe it's out of your realm of abilities? But if you're a DIY'r by heart and dare yourself to do it, then get one of those dealership manuals on cd. Not sure where to find them, but search I guess...

That was for a valve cover... the question is for the cylinder head itself I believe. As said by SlvrOZ... definitely gonna be "one of those things" that needs to be thought out. It's not rocket science, but it's not a thing you do on a whim. Go to your nearest car parts store and get a Haynes Repair Manual for your car as well to get correct torque specs, tightening sequences, etc..
