I believe it is the caliper piston, because when you change the brake it should "Pop Out" to a point that you have to get a tool and push it back in. One of mine doesn't do that, it just stays put. When I drive it makes these nasty weird noises on one side. Kind of sounds like I have no/little break pad, like my tire is coming off, over and over again. (That's the best way for me to describe what the noise SOUNDS like at this current time. That isn't what it is, because I do have brand new break pads on it, I'm just trying to show you how it sounds!!) I just assume it is my caliper piston. (If anyone wants more details on the noise it makes I will surely be more then willing to answer that!!!)
Anyways..
I was wondering, is it to hard to even attempt to fix by myself?
If not how do I go about fixing THAT???
Should I take it to someone and get it fix, and about how much do you think it will run me to get it fixed. (Ball park pricing)
Or is it just so horrible and stuff?
I dunno, someone help.. PLEASE!!!
THanks!!

take it to a mechanic have them take a look at it... if ur caliper is frozen it still wouldnt make noise it would either wear the pad uneven or the car would pull one way when you apply the brakes...

have you tried to push the piton in?
if it will not go in, crack the bleeder and then try and push it in.
also if they are new, like brand new brakes the piston will be about fully compressed. if they are new and the corner in question's inner pad is worn more i would say the caliper is frozen.
you should be able to replace it yourself though, not hard and not to expensive at all for your car
