Seeing that you're in a more mild to warm climate like me, I'd say 5w-30 full syn. I use Castrol...
Right now I'm trying to cut down to semi- syn then down to full dino oil, just to see what happens. Maybe it'll cut down on the loud lifter noise in the morning? We'll see!
