yeah heres mine just finished. used red duplicolor import auto spray paint. i also superglued the chrome star logo off the trunk onto the engine cover lol looks alright imo

Not bad, but what was wrong with the logo that was already on it?

Ok. I got some better pics of the mystify paint on my engine cover. Looks alot better now

So, my project is like 85% complete, going to do some touch up on it tomorrow, and then takes some pics of EVERYTHING I've done, not just the engine cover. Hopefully, I'll have some time tomorrow. It's been a hectic week, being that I had to repaint my whole room/attic again lol. But, I still managed to find some time for my GTS. So look out here tomorrow for pics.

wow, those look nice. i wanted to do something to make the engine bay look better, I'm gunna look and see what I can paint

nice, i like the new wire saver things, i looked at the canadian tire i work at today for some blue ones but we were out, just waitin for it to come in then i'll dress it up a little bit. in the mean time i painted my spark plug cover and fuse cover to match the mystify paint of the engine cover, so far so good

Just a quick question. I recently painted my engine cover, and it looks really good. But there was a problem. I guess i did a terrible job masking the spots i didnt wanna paint. Anyways, just wondering if anyone knows a good way to get the paint off the spots i didnt want painted? Can i just use paint thinners on the plastic? Help please...

Just as I promised, here are the pics of the newly modified engine cover, spark plug cover, and fuse cover, although you cant really make out the color of the fuse cover, it is the same as the engine cover. a little touch up still needs to be done, but it looks pretty good as it is now =] also posted in lancer grills is my newly blacked out grill so that out to =]
