3-4 foot/lbs, very light. Just put them on hand tight, don't go crazy on it. I was unable to find a torque wrench that went down that low.

find an inch/pound torque wrench 36-48 in/lbs

I need to figure out why my oil breather is making this loud *** whistling noise. The breather amplifies the whistle, any ideas on what it could be, or should I just dive in there and open the valve cover, and if I do, do you mind bumping up that "How To" so that I may do it right, lol.

You are my hero, lol, although it took you forever, but that's all good, if you can upload some pics it would be great, I have a leak so I need to fix it, I've been losing so much oil.
