Wing Installation

I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere on here before, but I want to find a How To Tutorial for installing a new wing/spoiler.

Is this something you can do yourself?

Thanks.

I guess I deserved that for not being specific enough. I ordered an EVO 8 style spoiler. The site recommended I use professional installation but I thought installing a spoiler would be something you could do yourself.
