Changing Serpentine belt

I realize this should be an easy task, but I can not figure out how to take the tension off the main belt that runs around the ac, power steering etc. I Have an 02 Mitsu Lancer OZ Rally. Does anyone have any insight?

There is a tensioner pulley between the two...there's a simple 14mm? bolt that you wrench on to tighten or loosen. I forget the direction for which, but the bolt would be located (if standing in front the car looking in) between the core support or fan and the belt area. It's very easy to access actually!

Enjoy!
