I would suggest getting more mods before you even consider a cam. A ported TB and IM would be the minimum and I would personally wait till you can put in a ported head and upgraded valvetrain (namely springs) at the same time to do this. A cam isn't a bolt-on part, you need to get everything else setup properly before you do it.
