Well, I would go with RRM's for just an NA DD'ing cam but if you want to go turbo etc. I would look into something more aggresive.

Since it's christmas I'll be nice. First off, it's cam, you only have one. Secondly, the word best is subjective, it depends entirely on what you want to do. If you want the most power possible, RPW stage 4 is the best since it costs the same as the other cams (from what I remember) but has the most aggressive profile. It also requires tuning and a lot of support mods. I would say either RPW stage 1 or the stock mirage cam depending on whether you care more about performance or price respectively. I personally don't like the RRM cam since we A. don't know the specs, B. I've heard claims that it is a regrind and C. there are reports that is extremely mild and about equal to the stock mirage cam. This isn't a jab against RRM (I don't want 50 PMs from the fanboys), they are a fantastic place to go for a turbo kit and other mods, but I don't think they make the best cam out there.
You also need to decide what you plan on doing with the car. If you plan on turboing, buy the turbo cam and install it after you are turboed. If you plan on staying NA, buy the NA cam, cam gear and some sort of tuning device to get the most out of it. If you simply want to spend 500$ and have a bit more power, look elsewhere since a cam that is mild enough to work without tuning will be too mild to yield nice results.
I'll try to add some more info on cams in the FAQ since this seems to be a pretty common subject.

Well, I truly believe that the RRM cam is a little more than the stock mirage. I don't know about the duration but the lift I am sure is higher. The idle is slightly rough, especially when it really warms up.

Well unfortunately since RRM has taken the unusual route of not releasing the specs (even though RPW does) we won't know until someone actually measures the cam. I've simply heard that it is very very similar to the stock mirage cam. Considering they don't recommend any other changes and since it's a universal cam, it can't be that aggressive.

No, you need a lot more mods to run a stage 3 cam. I updated the FAQ to address this but since it's not on the site yet, I'll say it here too. Stage 3 and up is not meant for a daily driver, it is very aggressive and needs a lot of support mods and a willingness to sacrifice driveability for pure HP.

Stage 2 needs more mods as well. He doesn't have a stage 1 cam, he has an RRM cam.

I would suggest getting more mods before you even consider a cam. A ported TB and IM would be the minimum and I would personally wait till you can put in a ported head and upgraded valvetrain (namely springs) at the same time to do this. A cam isn't a bolt-on part, you need to get everything else setup properly before you do it.
