get some carb cleaner, soap/water and trim shine(for plastic and rubber parts). And start scrubbing.

X2! It's Gunk brand engine foamy cleaner with an orange scent. Use after a drive, so the parts are warm. Spray it up, and then get out an old toothbrush and go to town. Don't wash off with water.

Well, depends if you like the wet, glossy look or just the clean look. I prefer the wet, glossy look...

Spray with a degreaser, let set, and powerwash off. Cover any computers, or intakes and you should be fine.

I use Simple Green. I love that stuff, and the smell Spray it on, scrub it in, hose off, then dry. 60% of the time, it works, everytime.

goto walmart and get a few cans of engine degreaser... its in the auto section and comes in a spray can and is half the price of the autostore... spray that stuff all over the motor pressure wash spray another can, and pressure wash again. also if you want wet glossy look spray wd40 on anything plastic and let it dry it gives it that new plastic look...
