Hey all, I've done all the searching I could think of and could only find Cryto's write up about seat swap outs and that appears to be for a 03 model. Does anyone know of a seat bracket that fits the 08 Lancer for after market seats? specifically the Megan Racing seats.

 

Not that I know of. With all the electronics and airbags, I don't know if any 08 owners have been gutsy enough to swap seats out...

 

Which 08+ models had the airbags in the seats?

 

Not sure about the country differences, but I'm pretty sure it's "all of them." Looking at mitsubishicars.com, all 2009 trim levels have the exact same airbag package.

 

Bride makes seat brackets for Evo X and it fits our cars, i dono about if the megan seats will fit but i no the seat brackets will fit on our cars

cause i have a bride zeta 3 in my car with evo x seat brackets

 

i want to get evoX seats, so I will be waiting until I see one that is written off.

Thanks for the help guys. I actually traded in my 08 ES for a 09 GTS this weekend so I got the upgraded seats. They aren't racing seats but they are so much more comfy then the standard ones. But hopefully this topic will help someone else since I did a lot of searching before posting and couldn't find anything helpful.
