So, Vis is the only place I can seem to find a carbon fiber remake of our oem spoiler. (see link)

2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Carbon Fiber OEM Spoiler

At $700 freakin' dollars, it hardly seems worth it. Am I just not finding other places that make this, or is Vis the only one right now? I would really like to have this look on my Lancer....just not THAT bad.

Somone please tell me someone else makes this for a little less....

RRM doesn't make a CF OEM spoiler for our cars, they have a trunk lip spoiler but that's it.

 

True story, I'm very surprised RRM and Carbon Trix hasn't done this yet tho. I would think there'd be a higher demand for a part like this.

 

i think the trunk lip spoiler is pretty hot.

CF parts are pricey....I'd rather get a CF hood for that price

 

and and that spoiler of ours is pretty light already, unless its all about looks for u, and 700 bucks is worth the cf look on a spoiler.

 

Well... it is looks for me. I don't plan on doing any serious racing in a warrantied lancer. I am planning on doing a rally red/carbon fiber scheme with my whole lancer. I have a VR4 getting rebuilt and crotch rocket for the times I fell the need for speed. So weight really isn't the issue here. On the other hand, I very much agree with slaker138. I would very easily pay 350-400 for something like this....MAYBE 450-500. But no way in hell 700. I hope someone else makes this, I hear ViS has a normal reputation for expensive prices.

and also, i recoment gettin a ar cover after u get these cf things. dont wanna risk the fading, gotta keep it clean.

 

SIBEIONS Evo x CF wing is 300...and the hood is 500 i could get a CF wing and hood for the price of that one wing..f that..
