what do you think is a great intake for an 02 Oz lancer?
how many h.p should an intake add to be considered a great intake?
is there a difference between a Short Ram Intake System than other ones?

 

I wouldn't spend a ton of cash on it. It'll make your car louder, and depending on who you ask, might give you a bit less low end and a bit more top end. HP gain is negligible if anything. Search for ambystrom's guide to lancer modding, it has dyno numbers for different mods, which is why I suggest you not spend a lot on the intake.
