wiring for map lights
i got a 03 lancer es and all it has for interior lighting is the dome light. i got a rear view mirror with 2 map lights on it from a friends oldsmobile cutlass and wanted to wire it up in place of my old rearview.
on the new mirror it has 3 wires marked A,B,C . im guessin one is ground , one is power, and one is a signal wire for when you open the doors up. does this sound right? and whats the best place to grab my power and signal wires from so it will shut off if i take my keys out and leave the map light on. i was thinking of using the dome light for my power. any help is appreciated.
