So, I bought an 04 Lancer OZ rally the other day and wanted to ask about mods.

I'm looking into some sort of Cold air intake, such as these:

Is it best to just buy the Magnaflow Muffler and go to a shop and get them to make me a custom Exhaust?

I'm looking to invest around $1000 for mods on this car, just looking for some ideas. Any comments are appreciated.
