Drain plug leak

Hello, I went to Valvoline today and they told me I have an oil leak and Transmission Oil leak.
I have an 04 lancer auto
They gave me a piece of paper with all the problems.

Drain Plug Leak
Pan Gasket Leak
Rear Main Seal Leak

What Parts are needed to fix this problem and how difficult is this job to be done myself.

Thanks in Advance

Changing out the pan gasket and the oil drain gasket would be pretty easy. The rear main seal is a little different. Have you ever pulled an engine? Swapped out a clutch or torque converter? If the answers no then it would be diffucult. What kind of tools do you have access too? The right tools make all mechanic work easier. Do you notice the engine oil going low? Do you have to add oil inbetween oil changes? Do you have a puddle under your car in the driveway? If no then get a tranny gasket, filter, and the next time you change oil replace your oil drain and gasket. Slide under your car and see what it would require to drop the tranny pan.

it took me bout an hour to pull my engine.your rear seal wont normally leak unless your driving. its up and down when changing the tranny fluid if you have not ever done it, you take the chance on tranny problems. if its never been changed then i wouldnt change the filter. but you will need a cherry picker and 10-17mm sockets to do it all, metric engines lol. the tranny pan is on the front side of it and to change the filter is on the side if i remember right. but theres enough of us on here to walk you through whatever.

how fast is it leaking? if it's not a problem of getting your driveway crappy of leaking more than a qt. every thousand miles or so why fix it? 7 year old cars leak oil sometimes. save your money for a newer car.
