How to plug up the lisence screw holes on the front bumper
I will be purchasing a front bumper vinyl sticker to black out the front but there are two holes on it, do you guys just put the sticker over it or do you plug something to fill in the hole? Also I need a side lisence plate mount, what is the best for GTS? I read there are a few out there.. example like the EVO X mount, the RRM mount, Evosouls mount, and any other mounts? I also wanted to paint that mount white because my car is white =).

What holes? I used the vinyl and I don't remember having to deal with any holes, but it was awhile ago. If there were holes I just went right over them lol. No probs here.

There are 2 giant holes on the front bumper, in those giant holes are black rubber grommets? they are use to hold the screws in place for the license plate. The rubber grommets extend out like a little bump on the front bumper, I must remove those to place the vinyl sticker, but as I've said there will be 2 holes, the size of a quarter maybe? nickel?

called a few car wrap shops in LA and I got quoted $125.00 to black out the front.... ""-_- .
One shop said about $80.00 but when I asked him what brand of wrap they use, I couldn't understand or know what brand it was, but he said it was german made. any idea?

I mean I can't guarantee there will be no sign of a hole because I personally didn't have them cut on my car. But if there it should be minimal. There's no real point to fill them in considering the tab that's still going to be there, IMO. $125 seems a little high but the fact your in LA might have something to do with it lol. I think I paid $40, but also didn't get the greatest of jobs done on it

You can fill it with bondo and sand it down. Should turn out fine unless you ever decide to take the vinyl of in which case you'll have some unsightly, unpainted spots on your bumper
I've got two holes on my front bumper of similar size that I covered with electrical tape. You can see the holes because the rim protrudes out from when they were drilled. You may have the same problem with vinyl but it's thicker, so it may hide it as well, hard to tell
You can see what I'm talking about here if you look closely

I think I'll have to cancel that idea, it cost over 1K to have it changed, and I only want OEM.
Someone said it is possible to go to a hardware store and buy a flat head screw with the head the size of the hole.
screw the flat head screw in for support of the vinyl that goes over it
