Lol, I like to snoop from time to time. I hope he meant 227,000 KM and not actually miles. Lol that's pure craziness.

I feel for ya... My daily driver (A mercedes c230 kompressor) suffers the same problem, but only 175,000 of them...

Those 227,000 reasons for no power was fixed when the converters were changed. I am just wondering how long it might be before they get clogged again because of the car using oil.

Yea, I meant miles 227,000 road driven, pizza delivery, stop and go, DAMN that's a lot of US miles.

Took my car only like a year to clog again, if it happens one more time I am going with a test pipe and scrapping the catalytic converter all together

at over 200,000 miles, i'm strongly suggesting a rebuild...
