Tsudo Catbacks!

I just got my Tsudo Catback system for my 2011 lancer , I highly recommend them! Increditble dyno results, I cant wait to wait to dyno mines and mines tuned, their dyno reads 63 hp gain to the wheel! rediculously crazy results! Mines should be top past 75+ . Semotors.com has the best catbacks for all lancers!

^ 63 horsepower gain, I highly doubt that.

Really, do you think you can add that much hp with just adding a new exhaust...

^^^I need that exhaust! Hahaha!

Just thought I would point out, the canadian 2012 GT only has the 2.0, vs the american which still has the 2.4. I can confirm that the Takeda SRI for 2008-2011 2.0, will indeed fit the 2012 GT, with no modification.

The Takeda, and Greddy intakes are the same. I fail to understand why one is better then the other.

Prime example of why you should never believe a god damn thing any company who wants you to buy their product says. This goes for POS Tsudo or RRM who make claims without proof all day every day. Please do research before investing in any after market part.

Thank god someone knows what's up. SRI's are nothing more than noise makers, buy which ever one is cheapest.

On its own, yes, an intake is nothing more than a noise maker. But, add it to a full exhaust, and a decent tune, and you will see some HP gains. Nothing like 60+ HP though. That's rediculous. But all this ricer math is funny. It costs serious money to make big HP gains people.

Let's put it this way. In Canada, a 2012 gt has 152hp, and costs 24k. The 2012 Ralliart has 237hp, and costs 31.8k. keep in mind that the GT includes the kick *** stereo, where as the base ralliart does not. That is a difference of 85hp, and 7800 bucks. But what the poster at the top said, his car should have 75+hp gain, with an exhaust, and tune?? What the hell were the Mitsu techs thinking??? They added a turbo, intercooler, exhaust, different tune etc....Would of been cheaper if they just added this magic exhaust no??

My point is, Horsepower isn't cheap. Mitsubishi added 85hp, and charged you 7800 bucks!! There is no easy way to do it, you've got to pay, to play.

Hi everyone I'm new to the site aswell and was just reading the thread.......I got a 09 gts slightly modded mostly slammed on full suspension vinyl wrap hid heads and a nice set of 17s. You will have to have a camber kit and I suggest a pillow mount suspension. Very smooth and no bounce or sway.

oracsky- Pop open the hood, take off the plastic radiator thing attached to the air intake, and unscrew with a small Philips all the screws around the chrome trim. i just ran my hand along the trim untill i found the screws, then pop off the trim and i spray-painted it black with a glossy finish. The "project probably took me like 30 min including the paint to dry.
