You can do pretty much anything with your car provided you have the money to back it up. I think you need to be a little more specific with your request - what exactly do you want to put in your car?
I have an 03 OZ and have a pretty simple set-up. I have a Clarion DVD head unit, MTX speakers, an MTX amp and 2 10" MTX Thunder subwoofers in the trunk. It all works for me and I'm very happy with it.
You asked what will fit and what won't... but what exactly do you mean? As for head units, you'll need a single DIN unit - mine has a screen that flips out. You could go for a double DIN set-up, but you'd have to get an HVAC relocation kit. As for speakers, when you buy them, they asked me what car I drove to ensure that the ones I was buying would fit. Regarding subs, it's all up to you. I got all of my equipment on sale on Boxing Day, and it sounds great - I really like what I have, and I didn't break the bank doing it either.
I think you should do some research and see what is out there that you like. Go to a car audio shop, tell them what you want (sound and functionality wise) and they should be able to help you out.
If you have any questions about what I've done and stuff, feel free to message me and ask. Otherwise, do your research, ask questions and best of luck

^^ Good advice
I have a 7" touchscreen Pyle single din radio..and 4 6.5 pioneer premium speakers..
in the back i have a lanzar amp and a single audiobahn sub..its not as loud as i would like, but, i live in NYC and sound systems have a way of getting stolen
but as for your questions, as far as you have a radio thats single DIN and speakers that FIT, the amp and subs really shouldnt be a problem..
but as stated above, what do you have in mind?

I have MTX subs and they're great... There is enough bass to make me happy, and that's all that matters. I've had them in my car since March, and they haven't given me any problems at all. My music sounds great... and it sounds even better when I'm watching movies, so overall, I'm happy with them
