I found that site a hell of a long time ago. I just never purchased them because I didnt know if they where credible or not. Anyone got any idea of how well these work or if they last as long as the catz hid's would.

I have purchased bulbs( not ballasts) from these guys. There products are from japan and the owner has a very heavy japanese accent. I am in hawaii and my HID bulbs (one of them) blew out on my s-10. I could'nt find a replacement so i found these guys. they were very helpful and i would reccomend them... i currently sold my s-10 and put the HID's in my Girlfriends 2000 accord v-6 (9006)

I've put aftermarket kits in my civic, took the same kit and retrofitted it for my s-10, then bought a new kit for my truck and installed, and also bought and instaled the foglights(HID) form sylvania. My suggestion is to find a DRY place in the engine bay that will most likely never get wet, make sure that nothing touches the metal parts of the ballast ( for some reason in the s-10, if a ground touched my ballasts, the lights would go on cause of the DRL's). also you might have to change your headlight fuses. But it's pretty easy...
The guy @ hidexpress.com was really helpful w/ my needs cause i retofitted their bulb to fit my ballasts.
