ive seen several cedia's with that headlight... with the projector part.. im sure the headlights are real, but dunno about the auction...

don't do the ebay auction look at his feed back negative and so old the links don't work he is a fake

 

seriously. his feedback doesnt look too great.

I believe that those are just cedia headlights. They work in the US lancer, but require a little wiring modification. Tons of threads are out there about them too.
