yo, i got the dremmel kit yesterday, i gotta start cutting away on the projector housing tonight when i get off work - ive been in school all week long- only have time to do this on the weekends. the plan is to cut the projector housing so they'll fit in the original lancer lens and housing. that is the only hard part. after that, i'll sand and paint, and probably sell the projectors. i really dont have time to fool w/ the rewiring. and i really need money right now.

I hate to be a spoilsport on this issue but how exactly are you going to be aligning the projectors correctly? If u glue them in place it'll be impossible to adjust them up and down when needed.

well, thinking back a few years, just take an erector set and epoxy it to the plastics then just use nuts/bolts. hard to explain but it would be a good idea if you grasped it and made it work

yo dudes...use this link to help you out...it make things mad clear

don't glue the projector in...use long screws with double nuts...it'll be fine for adjustment

yeah abut the aiming. i dont know really? i'm gettin tired of workin on this project. i tried using the dremmel and only got partial success w/ cuttin the chrome housing - - but its hard enough being in school during the week, i also don't have anyone helping me on this here where i live. so it's like a solo-solo project. it'll take some time.

the housing is too big for the lancer lens, so i gotta trim them to fit inside the glass/lens then we'll be talking business..but for now. i just wrapped up school - i'm trying to find myself someone who really knows how to use a dremmel. cause i screwed up a few discs trying to cut em. lol
