god i love you pete.

LNCRES2: because the back end of the 02-03 to most, look cleaner w/o all the lettering. I took off my oz badge (along with other things) and people in the know can still tell it's a oz from a glance. Much like how we can tell you have an es from a glance. No need to get e-motional about a suggestion, no one is knocking on the es...

Think a dark black tint would work or should i go with a mirror tint? I'm changing my registration from Cali to New Mexico so i can tint the front windows also. Thanks again.

No worries, thanks for the site. I'm from San Diego and it's good to see others from the West Side.

your Lancer is looking great. very nice wheel choice. i agree w/ the rest about the blacked out headlights and tint...they would make a world of difference. oh yeah, and lowering of course...that would be my next move.

My White ES with 5% tint and Debadged trunk (most of it)....just so you can get an idea of how it would look. I'll try to get a daytime pic.

Uh, thanks...I guess. In all honesty, I couldn't find pics of the blacked lights on a white Lancer ES, and have been looking for a while.

That looks nice dude. If I had your car, I would do the following mods:

Exterior: Maybe blackout headlights, different grill (evo VII or ralliart), CF taillights, maybe eyelids. (also maybe tint if you like.)

Suspension: springs, strut bars.

Engine: If you have the money, turbo kit, header, exhaust, short shifter, stage 2 clutch.

I love the white, I'd go with a CF/black or blue theme on that car if you decide to paint anything. (blue strut bars, interior neons, etc..) I've done quite a lot of mods on my car if you check on the link in my info.. but if I could do it all over again, I would have saved some money and gone with the turbo kit right out of the gate. Right now I'm going to set aside money for a stage 2 clutch and possibly the RRM non-IC kit. I have enough money for both right now, but I'm not sure on what I need to buy for my next semester of college.. I think I'm going to wait on the turbo, but for sure in the next few months I'm getting the Stage 2 clutch.. I hate the mushy POS stock clutch. =]

with the grille, a thing you could do is just paint that chrome piece black, and leave the mitsu emblem chrome, or paint it whatever color you like. That also makes a huge difference in the looks as well.
