Here's a few new pics of my Lancer in the Street Trendz booth down at the Ocean City Car show this past weekend. I just got my visor and headrest tv's installed in time for the show, but my damn katzkin interior didn't arrive until the day before the show, so I didn't have time to get that on for the show. I'll get that installed this week and post pics of that as well. The show was great, awesome weather, tons of people, lots of nice cars. Flavor Flav was there on Saturday night DJing too. There was only one other non-evo lancer there and it was almost stock. I once again was robbed of a trophy by a few eclipses!! I thought I should have got one over the 3rd place guy, but what can ya do. There's always next year!

Hey man, nice ride. I saw it at the show and was wondering if that was the RRM turbo kit. Didn't see all your interior stuff but it looks good as well. You did a good job repping the lancers. I couldn't believe with all the Evo's I saw cruising around the city all weekend, only one was in the show and it wasn't that great.

 

dan it is always nice to see our hard work looking so good. gives me an extra boost to get things done aka header and exhaust. Nice clean display. Two thumbs up.

 

Yeah there were a few evos outside and I think 1 or 2 inside at the show, but there were a ton of them just cruising around the city all weekend. Most of them were just stock with a BOV or maybe a few little things. I didn't see any really heavily modded evos there at all. I think I had more mods than any of the lancers at the show, evo or regular. Thanks for the props though guys, I work hard to look good at the shows and there's a lot more to come too!

 

i guess i should have gone.. figures last year i had the only evo down there, this year there were tons..

They look like the premade ebay ones cuz they are! They match my katzkin leather perfectly and the screen quality is awesome! I used to have monitors in my stock headrests and these actually look way nicer. The stock headrests were too small and angled too far forward. These headrests have an adjustable angle and they are bigger so it looks a lot nicer. Only thing I don't like is the fake carbon fiber around the monitors. But I'll probably just paint that part black later on.

Damn, you have the exact same katzkin interior that I do. Same color, same design. I'm actually installing it this week. Can't wait to get it done. My interior has been the missing link for awhile now with my car.

 

DaFarmer69, you def. shoulda went. I saw a bunch of nice Evos. Actually there were 2 in the show that I saw, a silver MR with gunmetal LE37's (I think they were LE...) outside, and a Graphite Grey MR on the inside behind a rope next to 2 WRX's. On the street, I saw a new EB, a white with black Axis reverbs and a big carbon fiber wing (not stock, a racing wing), a white one with work emotions, and another white with gunmetal SSR comps. Probly a few others too that I can't remember. The first white one with the black wheels seemed pretty heavily modded with gauges on the pillar, and all kinds of good sounds .

 

Yeah, I never saw so many evos in one place before! There were more driving around on the roads than there were at the show!

nice car man! i know what you mean about gettin robbed at shows its happened to me and my club alot! but nuttin you can do about it! and its always to see anthor lancer with more than 1 tv!
