does anyone make an IS300 spoiler
Is there anyone out there that makes a lip spoiler for our lancers? ala IS300 or jaguar XKR? 
or would i be best to just have something custom fabricated?

Go onto eBay, in search menu, type "Lancer", and youll get every lancer item practically.
Ive seen those lip spoilers there. If its not there one day itll be there the next, just keep lookin' I always get deals on ebay parts EG. a Ralli Art Steering Wheel for 10 bucks, Ralli Art seats (2x) for 120 bucks, just like Sparco Torinos but have Ralli Art embroidered on 'em, Use the BUY IT NOW option to get stuff on the spot.
Also, dont assume cus its on eBay that its gonna be crap. Some things are cheap products, but if you have a sence of rationale you can distinguish whats worth buying VS what is sh*tty. A trunk lip spoiler is a simple item, will look nice and serve its purpose, regardless who makes it, without having to cost you a bundle.
Also did you try looking at Lexus accessories?
(The dealer will rape you, LoL dont ask them!)
The '02-'03 Lancer ES, LS, OZ models look very very identical to the Lexus IS, I think thats what they where goin'for, I dunno? I Love mine tho.
Anyway since theyre so similar in style, check the trunk length, you might be able to utilize the Lexus one on your Lancer, perhaps.
I know the Honda S2000 Short stick antenna is a direct fit replacement for the long RC Car lookin stock antenna on the Lancer, soo... check it out!

Lastly www.wholesalehyperformance.com has a Sportline bodykit that includes the lip spoiler you want, I believe you can purchase it seperately also.
Its $180.00 + S&H though. Search BodyKits, then go down to Lexus.
