on 1993 to 95 tercels they were off set in the rear passenger side and i had that car 1" off the ground but i had to get up in there with a die grinder to cut 3/4 of the lip off then i rolled the fenders with a wood bat, now for me i had no problem and it turned out good with no ripples and i mean i rolled it tight, whatever you decide, just be careful

Do the Louisville Slugger roll, you raise your car up just enough to fit a base ball bat between the fender and the wheel and then just push down on the bat, instant frender roll. Some where there is web sight on how exactly do it, its free and easy. The only drawback is the paint will not flex that much so it might need to get painted. This is a lot cheaper than paying some one to roll them.
