Legal in pa except the colors red, white, and blue. Any color is legal as long as you aren't driving with them on, on a public road. Hell I hate neon and even know the laws about it

in WI (so i hear) the neons are illegal if they're "cop colors"
i'm assuming this means red, white, and blue.
but i dunno
personally, i don't think they look /that/ bad when used in show instances. driving with them is rediculous tho
if my car was super elite and i had nothing more to spend cash on, id throw some neon tubes underneath just in case i was in a situation that called for them
plus they're only like a hundo fifty or so
not amazingly expensive
that's just me tho. most of you think they're hella fugly. that's cool too

My opinion is...neons look good on cars to a certain point. If you overdue it or you have really bad color coordination then it would be bad.
