I agree. I've been trying to find some mesh that I like for a while with no luck. However, it will eventually have mesh.

Did the stock intercooler bolt right up with the RRM kit? I have an RRM intercooled kit sans intercooler so I'm looking for one.

It does bolt right up. You do need to remove the crash bar though and get some 45* couplers since the end tank inlet/outlets are angled down.

+1 for filling the holes - would also have been a good time to rig a side mount license plate.

Overall the job turned out extremely nice - do you live someplace where they don't require the front plates?

I know... I'm kicking myself that neither I nor my friend thought about filling the license plate holes. I've never lived nor currently live somewhere that requires a front plate, so I should have had them filled. Oh well.

Great Job! We need a full photoshoot. Also, good luck with the mesh, I can't find anything I like either for a decent price.

I would definitely do mesh (if only to keep small animals from impacting the IC). Looks awesome, though. Great bit of DIY.

I was just gonna say this after reading more posts. The mesh isnt just for looks. It protects things from impacting whats behind the bumper and an IC is a fairly important thing to protect. I would get a fairly tight mesh and paint it black. If and when you do add mesh. You should try to find a way to make it so it comes out easy so you can clean the IC. Mabey simple zip-ties or something.
