I'm gonna do it! I think i will lay fiberglass on the inside of the bumper all around the "loose" pieces just for added stability

I was a little concerned in the beginning, but that thing turned out nice! If you have the bumper off again any time soon, it wouldn't be a bad idea to fiberglass the back-side of it, like mauisurf2003 said. Then again, that two part epoxy is d@mn near bulletproof, so you may never get any splitting in the bondo layer. Meh, regardless...nice work!
