now i found this site and they have some nice stuff for the Cedia...now if all are correct and Cedia parts fit the USDM Lancer...i want these...too bad i cant read the site

Use babelfish to translate and see if they do int'l orders. Shipping would be obscene and that almost looks just like a splitter, not a full bumper.

Once the lancer wagon comes out, I think we will see all of the bodykits over here(hopefully). It's not just a splitter, check out the different fog lights. It almost looks like three different peices.
